Public Offer Agreement

1. General provisions

This Public Offer Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding offer by Omuzbox to provide online English language education services to individuals who accept these terms.

By booking a lesson, submitting a trial request, or paying for a lesson package, you accept this Agreement.

2. Definitions

"Services" — live online English lessons, speaking clubs, digital learning materials, and related support via the Omuzbox platform.

"Student" — an individual who registers for or attends lessons.

"Lesson package" — a prepaid bundle of live 1-on-1 lessons as described on the pricing page.

3. Services

Lessons are conducted online in real time with a qualified teacher through the Omuzbox platform.

Standard lesson duration is 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed (e.g. 25 minutes for young children).

Lesson content, pace, and materials are adapted to the Student's level and goals.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices on this website are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Lesson packages must be paid according to the invoice or payment link provided by Omuzbox before or at the time of purchase.

Omuzbox may update prices on the website; purchased packages remain subject to the price confirmed at checkout.

5. Free trial lesson

When offered on this page, the first trial lesson is free. No payment card is required to submit a request.

Omuzbox may decline or reschedule a trial if contact details are invalid, if the Student is unreachable, or if a minor participates without verified guardian consent.

6. Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling

Lessons are scheduled by agreement between the Student and Omuzbox support or the assigned teacher.

A lesson may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge if Omuzbox is notified at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellation or no-show may result in the lesson being counted as completed and deducted from the package balance.

7. Refunds

Paid lesson packages are generally non-refundable once lessons have begun, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Unused prepaid lessons remain on the Student's balance according to the terms of the purchased package and do not expire unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Student obligations

Provide accurate contact information and attend lessons on time with a stable internet connection.

Treat teachers and staff respectfully. Omuzbox may suspend services in case of abuse or repeated violations.

9. Intellectual property

All course materials, platform content, and branding are owned by Omuzbox or its licensors.

Students may use materials only for personal learning. Redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Omuzbox is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party networks, equipment failure, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omuzbox's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Student for the package giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Delaware, USA.
